“We of the Thalassian Legion have pledged ourselves under military oath to the defense and prosperity of the High Home. We, though few, are sworn to hold the line against any threats that would encroach or invade our borders. We are among the bastions of peace and safety for the helpless, ever at home—seldom beyond.

Mighty is the pen of diplomacy, yet, when the pen fails, we are here. And we are ready. From now and to the future, we will stand when no one else will, or can.

On the northeastern Isle of Belore’danas, we make our home. Far enough to intercept those who would take from us all that we have regained, yet close enough to still look to the horizon and see that which we fight for—what it is we hold most dear. We keep the old: those who remember that which was lost and those who have fallen. Yet we also welcome the new: those who look to a brighter future for the Thalassian people.

We will never forget the fall, and, in so doing, we will work tirelessly to ensure Quel’Thalas may—like a phoenix—rise again and forever more. Let those who would test our blade be warned, mercy is not a virtue we will afford.
